Jason Newmoyer

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Newmoyer is a seasoned technology executive and respected industry leader with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, geospatial intelligence, C4ISR systems, and enterprise architecture across the defense and intelligence sectors. As the founder and CEO of NGS, he brings deep technical expertise and a mission-focused mindset to the company’s delivery of secure, scalable software solutions for national security customers.

He began his career at Esri where he learned from the top minds in the GIS industry. In 2009, he founded NGS and has since supported critical programs at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), U.S. Army Geospatial Center, U.S. Army INSCOM, U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Mr. Newmoyer is known for his integrity, pragmatic leadership, and deep commitment to empowering end users at the tactical edge.

Chris Wyse

Chief Technical Officer

Chris is an accomplished technologist and U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of combined experience in military operations, software development, and national defense. A graduate of North Carolina State University (B.S. Computer Science), he has led advanced engineering efforts across both government and commercial sectors, with deep expertise in secure systems architecture, rapid prototyping, and mission-driven software delivery.

Mr. Wyse began his career in Marine Corps ground reconnaissance and later supported post-9/11 operations with the U.S. State Department and Intelligence Community. He has held key technical roles at Credit Suisse, SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he served as lead software engineer for Group 61 (Cyber Security and Operations). His government customers have included the U.S. Army, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, the U.S. Navy, DHS, ONR, DISA, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
