Jason Newmoyer

Chief Executive Officer

A magna cum laude graduate from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (B.S. Computer Science, minor GIS), Mr. Newmoyer carries a multitude of experience in software development, GIS, C4ISR, and enterprise architecture in the defense and intelligence industry. He began his career in the commercial world with ESRI, a world leader in GIS, where he learned software development at a rapid pace from some of the brightest minds in the business.

With that, he gained experience with such DoD and IC organizations as DIA, NGA, MCIA (Marine Corps Intelligence Agency), US Army TEC (Topographic Engineering Center, now Army Geospatial Center), and later, with US Army INSCOM. In early 2009 his experience culminated in the establishment of NGS and a partnership with CACI Systems, Inc. in Charleston, SC and he first began supporting SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic.

Since then he has served as a technical lead for multiple high profile DoD and Intel customers. Mr. Newmoyer is committed to his work and adheres to the core values of integrity, pragmatism, and pride in a job well done. Most importantly, he is committed to making a difference and supporting the users on the front lines, who are the true heroes supporting our great nation.

Chris Wyse

Chief Technical Officer

A graduate from North Carolina State University  (B.S. Computer Science), Mr. Wyse has over 25 years combined experience within the military and software development industry supporting national defense. Mr. Wyse began his career within the specialized community of Marine Corps ground reconnaissance and following that worked integrally with both the US State Department and Intelligence Agencies supporting post 9-11 overseas operations.

Taking a break from supporting the US Govt he joined investment bank Credit Suisse developing real time trading systems out of their NYC and Research Triangle Park, NC offices for several years. Mr. Wyse left the commercial world to join Eagan McAllister and Associates supporting the Navy at SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic as a lead software engineer in Charleston, SC for three years until their acquisition by SAIC. Mr. Wyse then accepted an invitation as lead software engineer in 2012 to MIT Lincoln Laboratory with Group 61 Cyber Security and Operations until 2018, leaving to presently join NGS.

Mr. Wyse has architected and built several commercial (COTS) and Govt systems (GOTS) and rapidly prototyped projects for evaluation and R&D purposes. His customers have included the US Army, US Cyber Command, USAF, USMC, USN, Office of Naval Research, US State Department, USCG, Department of Homeland Security, and Defense Information Systems Agency.
