NGS brings the security discipline behind its defense and intelligence work to commercial teams seeking to put AI to work with appropriate controls and clear accountability.

Today we are launching AI Advisory, a new commercial practice from NGS.

Why we built it

Most organizations know AI can help. Fewer know how to adopt it without exposing sensitive data, spinning up shadow tools, or locking themselves to a single vendor. That gap is where NGS works. As a trusted service provider to the Department of War, we build and secure systems where access control and reliability are not optional. AI Advisory brings that same standard to commercial teams.

What makes it different

  • Security first. We agree data handling, access, and review requirements before deployment, including external AI processing and any NGS-hosted services.
  • Vendor choice. We select tools around client requirements. Changing platforms may require testing, integration work, and retraining.
  • Enablement and support. We train client teams and document the work. Ongoing technical support or managed operation is scoped when needed.

Our initial engagement model

This is our original engagement model. Current engagements are tailored to client needs; see the AI Advisory page.

  • Discovery and audit. A 30-day review of how work moves through your business and where AI can help most.
  • Secure foundation. We classify your data, scope access to least privilege, and set a plain-language AI use policy before anything goes live.
  • Pilot and prove. We build three to five high-value workflows with a pilot group and tune them on your own information.
  • Rollout and sustain. We train your team, hand off documented workflows, and move to light ongoing support.

Where we start

Early engagements focus on the workflows that consume the most time: operations and project delivery, business development and client communication, content and marketing, and knowledge management. Each one is grounded in your own information, not a generic AI voice.
