Jason Newmoyer
A seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in software engineering, geospatial intelligence, C4ISR systems, and enterprise architecture across the defense and intelligence sectors. He began his career at Esri, and in 2009 founded NGS. He has since supported critical programs at DIA, NGA, the U.S. Army Geospatial Center, U.S. Army INSCOM, U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), known for integrity, pragmatic leadership, and a commitment to empowering end users at the tactical edge.
Chris Wyse
An accomplished technologist and U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of combined experience in military operations, software development, and national defense. A graduate of NC State (B.S. Computer Science), he has held key technical roles at Credit Suisse, SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory (lead software engineer, Group 61, Cyber Security and Operations). His customers have included the U.S. Army, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force, USMC, U.S. Navy, DHS, ONR, DISA, and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Dr. Carl Henson
An experienced business executive and AI transformation leader with more than 25 years leading strategy, growth, innovation, operations, sales, and marketing across complex organizations. His doctoral research focused on AI adoption in business, giving him a distinctive perspective on both the opportunities AI creates and the organizational conditions adoption requires. At NGS, Carl helps executive teams identify high-value opportunities, prioritize use cases, redesign workflows, and establish responsible governance, serving as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. His focus is straightforward: help organizations maximize the benefits of AI while minimizing the potential harms.
