Geospatial Stack Assessment
Most geospatial stacks in government were not designed. They grew. A server stood up for one program, a database added for another, a license renewed because nobody had time to ask whether it should be.
Ten years in, nobody has the whole picture, and that's the real risk. The assessment answers three questions: what do you have, what's wrong with it, and what should you do next, in what order.
What we look at
Every GIS component, data store, and integration, including the ones nobody wrote down
Security posture: patch levels, STIG alignment, exposed services, authentication
Standards: whether your services speak OGC (WMS, WFS, WMTS, OGC API) or lock you into one vendor's clients
Cost: what you spend on licenses and sustainment today, versus what an open-standards stack would cost

A good first step
It's small and bounded, which makes it easy to buy. Some customers take the roadmap and run it themselves. Some bring us back for SDI Modernization or GeoServer Hardening. Either way works. The report is yours.
