NGS AI Advisory

Your team is already using AI. Now make it count.

We help you find where AI creates value, put it into real workflows, and scale it with the right controls and technical support.

The Business Problem

Turn AI interest into better ways of working.

Drafting, research, summarizing — that is where most teams start. The harder question is how to make it useful across the business, with clear ownership and consistent results.

We work with mid-market and growth-oriented organizations, including teams inside larger companies, across the United States.

Why NGS

Business guidance backed by engineering depth.

An AI plan has to account for how people work and how systems connect. We combine business advisory, team training, and engineering support to put priorities into practice.

  • Practical executive guidance. AI decisions tied to business priorities, workflow changes, and measurable outcomes.
  • Engineering and security discipline. Our defense and government systems work informs how we handle access, reliability, integration, and testing.
  • Recommendations shaped by your needs. We use existing tools where they fit and recommend alternatives when justified.
  • Team capability and ongoing support. We train users, document workflows, and agree who maintains the solution.

Where It Pays Off

Where AI creates measurable business value

Value comes from applying AI to work that matters. The places we look first:

Find information faster

Less time searching policies, documentation, client files, and institutional knowledge.

Cut repetitive work

Document preparation, reporting, data intake, summarization, and routine communications.

Improve revenue workflows

Develop proposals, respond to customers, and move work through sales and service.

Increase team capacity

Research, analysis, drafting, and coordination, so people focus on judgment and relationships.

Strengthen decisions

Apply information consistently and flag exceptions, with human review where it matters.

Redesign whole workflows

Combine AI, automation, integration, and oversight across an end-to-end process.

The goal is not to automate everything. It is to find where AI creates real value, decide what stays human-led, and apply the right oversight.

Engineering & Managed Services

From advisory to implementation

Some AI opportunities just need existing tools used better. Others need deeper technical work, and NGS can bring engineering, integration, hosting, and managed AI services into the engagement based on your needs.

The right delivery model depends on the business need: some clients operate solutions internally, others want NGS to run specific services. Either way the technical approach is scoped around the objective, expected value, and security and governance requirements.

What NGS can bring in

Scoped to the objective, not bundled into every engagement.

  • Systems integration and automation
  • Custom AI and software solutions
  • AI agents with defined permissions, approval points, monitoring, and escalation
  • Hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and managed services
Responsible Use

Build confidence with clear controls.

Putting AI to work requires decisions about information, access, human review, and who is accountable.

  • Data boundaries. What information is needed, where it is processed, and which tools or providers may access it.
  • Appropriate access. Limited to the systems and information needed for the agreed task.
  • Human oversight. Which actions AI may take, which require approval, and when a person decides.
  • Operational accountability. Test outputs, document the workflow, assign an owner, and set escalation.

AI can produce incorrect outputs. Review and access controls reduce risk; they do not eliminate it.

Information in scope

Agreed up front: what the workflow may reach, and where it is processed.

AI drafts or retrieves

Within the permissions set for that task, and nothing wider.

A person approves

You define which actions need sign-off before anything happens.

Action, with an owner

Documented and supported, with escalation to a named owner.

FAQ

Questions about working with NGS

What is NGS AI Advisory?

NGS helps organizations choose where AI can create value and put it into practice through education, strategy, governance, workflow implementation, and team adoption. Engineering and ongoing support are available when needed.

Do we need a strategy or roadmap first?

No. We can help build a plan, work from your roadmap, or start with a defined business priority. Executive education and team training can also be standalone engagements.

Do we need CoreSpatial or a geospatial project?

No. AI Advisory is available independently of CoreSpatial and geospatial services. The technical approach is selected for your business requirements.

How is our data handled?

We agree where information will be processed, who may access it, how it will be stored or retained, and which provider data-use terms apply. This includes external AI tools and NGS-hosted services. Required controls are defined before deployment.

Can NGS build and support what gets implemented?

Yes. Where needed, NGS can scope custom development, systems integration, hosting, and managed AI services. We agree responsibilities for monitoring, updates, access reviews, and incident handling as part of that work.
